About Trudy Messer
Trudy is a Canadian-trained physical therapist with over 24 years of experience who has been working in Greenville, SC since 1997. Through the IPA®, she is a Certified Functional Manual Therapist® and a faculty member instructing Functional Mobilization I®, Pelvic Girdle Puzzle® and Functional Mobilization Lower Trunk®. She is a Certified Orthopaedic Specialist and Certified Kinesiotaping® Practitioner, working in outpatient private practice through her company HEAL Wellness and Therapy®, LLC. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 hour), instructing Therapeutic Yoga and a Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider (YACEP®), teaching clinical education courses fusing physical therapy and yoga together. Trudy has been active member of the American Physical Therapy Association since 1998 and is actively involved on the state and local levels of the South Carolina American Physical Therapy Association. She also volunteers as a board member on the Program Advisory Council for Anderson University School of Physical Therapy.
