I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Functional Manual Therapist specializing in orthopedic therapy, pelvic health, and whole-body rehabilitation. My holistic approach combines movement analysis, manual therapy, and targeted exercises to address the root cause of symptoms and restore optimal function.

With advanced training from the Institute of Physical Art, Herman & Wallace Institute, and Barral Institute—and a background as a dancer and yoga practitioner—I bring a deep understanding of movement, core efficiency, and the mind-body connection. I work with a wide range of clients, from the general population to professional dancers and performers, helping them achieve lasting results.

My practice is designed to provide expert, one-on-one care. Through skilled treatment, education, and personalized exercise programs, I empower clients to take charge of their health, improve performance, and feel confident in their bodies.
