About Sarah Plumer
Dr. Plumer-Holzman holds a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Washington and is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She completed a residency with NYU Langone Medical Center in orthopedics and dance medicine in 2016. She is a senior physical therapist at the Harkness Center for Dance Injuries at NYU Langone Medical Center in NYC. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the North Carolina School of the Arts. Additionally, she is a member of Dr. Alison Grimaldi’s Hip Pain Professional group and has extensive training through her hip academy. She has been using skills developed through the IPA since 2014 and is honored to be a CFMT.
