About Sarah Lindquist Lengar

Sarah became certified in 2012 as a Functional Manual Therapist. She specializes in pelvic health physical therapy with a special interest in treating women throughout the continuum of pregnancy, helping them to be as efficient as possible, prepare for labor/delivery and assist with post-partum care. She is on a mission to help fill the gaps in women’s healthcare. She is certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is currently studying to be a Certified Perimenopause and Menopause Health Coach.
