About Miri Ingwer-Jarecki

I initiated my PT education at the University of Tel Aviv and Tel Hashomer hospital. In 1985 I returned to the United States and returned to school to complete an undergraduate degree in Human Communications at Hunter College in NYC. I was accepted into the Hunter PT program and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Health Sciences/PT. Upon completing my education in NY, I relocated to Florida where I worked at Pinecrest Rehab in outpatient Neuro. In 1997 began taking courses with the IPA and in 2005 sat for certification and 2015 recertification. Upon numerous other manual therapy courses taken with NAIOMT, Mulligan and Maitland, the education I received with the IPA surpassed any other treatment approach I had utilized. In 2006, I ventured out on my own and have a small outpatient PT practice in Boca Raton, Florida. In 2013 I culminated my education by completing a transitional Doctorate degree with the University of Des Moines as well as marrying my soulmate. Throughout the years I have had the opportunity to mentor other Physical therapists through the certification process. I continue to develop and grow in the field with continuing education classes to provide the best quality of care with advanced skills and knowledge.
