About Karen Garrett

Karen graduated with honors from Quinnipiac University’s Master of Physical Therapy program before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University.

Committed to clinical excellence and lifelong learning, Karen has pursued extensive post-professional education, including certification in Functional Manual Therapy through the Institute of Physical Art and completion of the Integrated Systems Model through Diane Lee Physiotherapy.

With more than 15 years of clinical experience practicing in New Jersey and California, Karen brings a highly personalized, movement-focused approach to each patient she treats. Her clinical philosophy centers on understanding the individual as a whole and identifying the underlying factors that may be contributing to pain, movement limitations, or difficulty returning to the activities they value.

Karen’s goal is simple: to help each person move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love—while developing a healthier, more confident relationship with their body.

Now practicing Concierge Physical Therapy in Northern Florida, Karen is excited to bring this approach to the St. Augustine, St. Johns, and Jacksonville communities.

Outside the clinic, Karen enjoys life with her husband and their two young children.
