He serves as Primary Faculty for the Select Physical Therapy APTA Orthopedic Residency Program, where he mentors clinicians in advanced clinical reasoning and the application of skilled manual therapy.

Glen has extensive experience treating a wide range of patients across the lifespan, from general orthopedic populations to high-level performers including professional athletes, dancers, endurance athletes, and Winter Olympians.  He specializes in treating acute neck and lower back pain. He has a special interest in the treatment of dizziness, vestibular migraine, headaches, and temporomandibular dysfunction (TMJ), chronic persistent pain, visceral mobilization, and brings additional experience in pelvic health and cancer rehabilitation. His care emphasizes a whole-body assessment to identify the underlying drivers of dysfunction and restore optimal movement.

Glen is a graduate of California State University, Northridge and has completed advanced training in physical therapy, including a Functional Manual Therapy Fellowship through the Institute of Physical Art. As a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and a Fellow of Functional Manual Therapy (FFMT), he is committed to integrating the science and art of care to support meaningful, lasting outcomes for each individual he serves. He is a member of The International Federation of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapists Incorporated (IFOMPT) represents groups of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physical Therapists around the world who have completed stringent post-registration/post-graduation specialization programs in the field of neuro-musculoskeletal disorders.

At the core of his work is a belief that movement is foundational to how people live, connect, and thrive.  Thoughtful individualized care can help each person return not just to function, but to what matters most in their lives.
