About Blair Watson
Blair Watson has been a PT since 2007 and is ecstatic to have opened Blair Watson Physical Therapy in February of 2022! Her mission is to help active adults navigate through orthopedic and pelvic health conditions in order to pursue their most invigorating and healthy life.
Blair Watson received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise and Sports Science in 2004 and Master of Physical Therapy in 2007 from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She was the first candidate to be accepted and graduate from Georgetown University Hospital’s APTA-Credentialed Orthopedic/Functional Manual Therapy Residency in 2011. Blair earned her Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2018 and achieved her Certification in Functional Manual Therapy (CFMT) with Honors in 2019. She also has completed extensive advanced training in pelvic rehabilitation through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and trigger point dry needling through Evidence in Motion.
