Silicone cups are soft cups to be used for myofascial decompression (MFD) techniques, and improves the ability to create suction over contoured areas of the body. The four different sizes of cups in the set allow for versatile range of applications on different areas of the body. Use MFD techniques to lift and stretch fascia to release tightness.
